The film will be shot in Paris, France.
Aditya announced his return to direction with "Befikre - Those Who Dare To Love" on his father Yash Chopra's 83rd birth anniversary last year.
Aditya last directed Shah Rukh Khan-Anushka Sharma starrer "Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi" in 2008.
