Ads on autorickshaws:HC displeased with counsel's

Unhappy with non-appearance of the petitioner, the Delhi High Court today said it will consider vacating the stay on the city government's order banning advertisements on autorickshaws.
"It can't be at your convenience all the time. You can't have a stay and then not come to the court," a bench of acting Chief Justice B D Ahmed and Justice Vibhu Bakhru said.
A vacation bench had in June stayed a Delhi government's order prohibiting advertisements and posters on auto rickshaws.
The bench was displeased with the non-appearance of advocate Prashant Bhushan who is representing auto-drivers in their petition against Delhi government's order.

An advocate appearing for auto-rickshaw drivers told the court that Bhushan could not appear as he was having matters in the Supreme Court and sought for an adjournment.
"Should we vacate the stay"? the bench said as the counsel for Delhi government said "the stay is operating against us. They (petitioners) only had asked for the matter to be fixed for today and then they do not come.
