Advocate critically injured in attack by Nigerian

An advocate's neck was slit in an alleged attack by a Nigerian national following an argument tonight in Khirki Extension area of South Delhi.
The victim, Mohammad Shahid Husain, was at his office in Hauz Rani area when the incident took place at around 7:30 pm, police said.
Husain was discussing a case with his clients, including two Nigeria nationals, when an argument broke out over some issue.
"In a fit of rage, one of the foreigners slashed Hussain's neck and fled. He was rushed to Max hospital where his condition is stated to be critical," a police official said.
Following the incident, a large number of residents including Aam Aadmi Party leader Somnath Bharti reached the spot.
A case was registered at Malviya Nagar police station.
"We have identified the attackers as they were known to the advocate. They will be arrested soon. Further probe is on," he said.
