'Agents of SHIELD' to get spin-off

Spin-off of hit TV show "Agents of SHIELD" is reportedly being developed by Marvel.
It is being worked on by "SHIELD" executive producer Jeffrey Bell and its writer Paul Zbyszewski, reported Entertainment Weekly.
The spin-off can hit ABC as soon this fall.
