The workshop, initiated by the Regional Director Eastern Region Capt Rohit Bhasin along with GM Commercial Sanjay Misra, was attended by the heads of 16 domestic and three international stations.
The mission was to sensitise the SMs about the ground realities of the emerging aviation scenario and inspire them to ensure that Air India's flag is "held high at every corner of the region."
"Our mission is to make Air India the natural choice for passengers on the basis of the sheer quality of our service," Bhasin said.
"Under the leadership of our CMD Mr Ashwini Lohani, we are progressing in the right direction and now the onus is on us to work as a team and sort out any issue that comes in the way of rendering optimum productivity," he added.
