The Jammu Province unit of All India Consumer Forum set up the centre at New Plot area in the city and was inaugurated by Jammu & Kashmir SCs, STs & OBCs Development Corporation Vice-Chairperson Balbir Ram Rattan here today.
All India General Secretary (Organization) Kapil Sharma said that it is the first of its kind of centre established in Jammu with an objective of providing free online services to the people.
"Anyone having a grievance against a department or other public utility organization can avail the benefit of sending their written complaint and grievance by E-mail to the concerned body", Sharma said.
Unemployed youth can fill online employment forms free of cost and also get printed application forms here, he added.
