Claiming AIUDF and the BJP have a secret understanding, Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi today said that several AIUDF legislators were wanting to join the Congress.
In a press statement here, Gogoi said "AIUDF does not criticise the BJP as they have a secret understanding."
Refuting AIUDF's claim that five Congress MLAs were joining that party as "false," Gogoi alleged the All India United Democratic Front's "campaign was to confuse people".
Instead of Congress legislators wanting to join the other party, he insisted AIUDF MLAs wanted to join the Congress.
