Division V.S. Kundu today said Aizawl will be one of the two permanent venues for holding workshop on Mumbai International Film Festival (MIFF) in the North East from this year.
Speaking at the inaugural function of the MIFF in Mizoram here, Kundu said that Workshop on film making, editing and sound designing would be held in Aizawl every year by the Film Division.
Earlier chief minister Lal Thanhawla today inaugurated the six-day MIFF in Mizoram where 21 films, including six Mizo and four foreign films would be screened.
