Shukla, a senior railway officer, was given the new charge in addition to his own duties as Additional Member (Commercial), a release said.
He has rich and varied experience of working on several important posts like Chief Passenger Traffic Manager and Chief Safety Officer in Northern Railway, and Divisional Railway Manager in Dhanbad among others.
