The meeting was convened at Sekhwan in Qadian Assembly seat in connection with the proposed visit of Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal to the historic town, where he is to lay the foundation stone of various development works on December 10.
The gathering was held at a local college by former education minister and assembly segment incharge Sewa Singh Sekhwan where two party leaders - Dhariwal Wazir Singh Lali and Kanwaljit Singh Lali - engaged in an argument over the party's performance in the Lok Sabha polls, sources said.
Sekhwan, who was present in the meeting, intervened and pacified the angry party workers.
