She appears to be undergoing laser treatments to erase a pair of black angel wings on her right forearm, reported New York Daily News.
Bynes has been living with her parents since she was released from her treatment centre and will soon be starting a fashion design course in Orange County.
The actress recently returned to California after spending some time at the Miracles Fitness Retreat in Utah, a USD 3,250-per-week fitness spa.
