Amar Ahuja takes over Avadi Air Force Station command

Group Captain Amar Ahuja today assumed charge as the Command of Air Force Station at suburban Avadi.
Ahuja, who was commissioned into the Indian Air Force in December 1984, succeeds Air Commodore P Ramesh.
A ceremonial parade was held on the occasion of handing over ceremony, a Defence release said.
Prior taking up the new role, Ahuja had served various responsibilities including Command and Staff appointments at the IAF headquarters, it added.
