In an interaction with party leaders, including sitting and former legislators, from across the state, Amarinder advised them to ensure that there was no confusion or misunderstanding about the fact that the Congress was a united force in the state.
The former Chief Minister said each and every party worker and leader has to work towards strengthening the party.
After the interaction, Singh alleged there was no development and the state had virtually been pushed to bankruptcy and there was a groundswell against the government.
Responding to the demands of the party leaders, he said that "he will be touring the state and mobilise cadres to strengthen the party in Punjab".
Sing had yesterday hit out at Baja, alleging he had been announcing candidates for upcoming Lock Saba polls in the state without any authorisation.
