The 32-year-old star is taking part in the 23rd series of the celebrity dancing show and although the show has only just begun the blonde beauty has lost around 10lbs from the intense rehearsing sessions.
"I'm sore as hell from 'Dancing with the Stars'. I feel like I'm getting super toned. I feel like I lost probably 10 lbs., maybe 8 lbs already," she said.
