A college student is among those arrested, said the police.
Acting on a specific information, ANC arrested Samson Denson Rozario (30) and Rohan Raju Owal (26) from Kandarpada in Dahisar yesterday, the official said.
The anti-narcotics cell had information that they would be coming to Dahisar to distribute LSD dots to persons known to them, he said, adding, during the search 46 LSD dots worth Rs 2.30 lakhs were found.
Police have registered an offence under the NDPS Act.
Samson has earlier served one-year jail term after he was arrested for possessing 1 kg of charas in Manali, Mane said.
He was in touch with some foreigners who distribute LSD dots in India through Nepal border.
During interrogation, the accused revealed that the consignment had reached them from US, via Nepal, the official said.
