Anil Ambani, Ruia attend MP CM's swearing in ceremony

Top captains of India Inc including ADAG Chairman Anil Ambani and Essar's Anshuman Ruia today attended Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan's swearing in ceremony here.
Besides them, Swati Majumdar of Pune-based Symbiosis group of institutes and Chairman of Force Motors Ltd Abhay Firodiya were also present at the function here.
Chouhan took oath of office and secrecy in the presence of a galaxy of political and religious leaders, apparently to project his image as a secular leader.
The presence of corporate honchos is linked to his government's initiatives for promotion of industries in the state.
At the beginning of the swearing in ceremony, popular singer Kailash Kher enthralled the gathering. After the oath taking ceremony, noted 'Bhajan' singer Anup Jalota also sang devotional songs.
54-year-old Chouhan was appointed 30th Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh today.
He was administered the oath of office and secrecy by Madhya Pradesh Governor Ram Naresh Yadav.
BJP led by Chouhan in the state has won 165 seats in recently concluded assembly elections in the state. Congress could get 58 seats in 230-member assembly.
Addressing the gathering after the ceremony, he said the government will have zero tolerance policy towards corruption.
"Madhya Pradesh will form zero tolerance policy to curb corruption. There will be more transparency in the governance," said Chouhan.
BJP's President Rajnath Singh, veteran party leader L K Advani and Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi among others attended Chouhan's swearing in ceremony.
