Another FIR filed against gang claiming Ladli temple

An FIR has been registered by the Goswami community against the ten-member gang claiming the ownership of thousands of crores of property including renowned Ladli temple Barsana, police said today.
On basis of the FIR filed by Goswami community today under IPC sections 420 (cheating and dishonestly), 467 (forgery of valuable security), 468 (forgery for purpose of cheating) 471 (using as genuine a forged document), 120B (punishment of criminal conspiracy), the mastermind Bijendra and another member Itwari, SP rural Ajai Kumar said.
The information given by the two accused led police to the eight other co-accused who were at the residence of Bijendra, SSP Dr Rakesh Singh said today.
One country-made pistol 315 bore and six live cartridges were recovered from the possession of Bijendra, one country-made pistol 315 bore and five live cartridges from Itwari and one country-made pistol 315 bore and four live cartridges from Nahina were also recovered, he said.
Seven coutrymade bombs and arms were also seized from the possession of other seven accused Dinesh Das, Banai Singh, Vasudeo, Mukesh, Nahar Singh, Vinod.
Accused Dinesh Das with forged documents had claimed himself owner of renowned Ladli Ji temple Barsana, few other temples of Barsana, over three thousand Bighas of land of Barsana and Nandgaon, hillocks of Barsana and so on.
The possible involvement of many other members cannot be ruled out, he added.
