Anuradha Thakur to hold charge as VC of CSK University

Himachal Pradhesh Governor Acharya Devvrat, who is also the Chancellor of Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalya in Palampur has directed Secretary, Agriculture, Anuradha Thakur to hold charge of the post of Vice-Chancellor of the University with effect from August 1.
She will hold the post in addition to her own duties till the appointment of a new Vice Chancellor.
On completion of his three years term as Vice-Chancellor, K K Katoch, said during his term he had taken a lot of measures.
He said specific initiatives were taken for the development and improvement in the functioning of the University, management of financial health, human resource development, research and extension activities, teaching and students development under his leadership.
