AP: bypoll to Avanigadda constituency on August 21
The notification will be issued on July 27 and the last date for filing of nominations is August 3, according to the schedule announced by the Election Commission today.
The scrutiny of nominations would take place on August 5 and the last date for withdrawal of candidature is August 7. The votes will be counted on August 24.
The bypoll was necessitated by the death of TDP MLA Ambati Brahmaniah.
