Aqua farm worker dies of electrocution in AP

A 28-year old worker was electrocuted and four others were injured when they came into contact with a live wire at an aquaculture farm at a village in Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh today, police said.

Pindi Anji Reddy was killed on the spot in the mishap that occurred when the five workers ventured into a fish pond to feed the fish in Pulaparru village in Mandavalli mandal, they said.

The injured had been admitted to a government hospital, police said adding further investigation was on.
