The 26-year-old Hammer, who recently shot the "The Lone Ranger" with Depp, said he was better than anything he could have ever imagined, reported Contactmusic.
"Working with Johnny was exactly how you would think except better because he's cooler than you think," Hammer said.
Walt Disney Pictures' "The Lone Ranger" is an action movie based on radio series of the same name.
Certain stunts played in the movie seemed hard for Hammer even though he is comfortable with horse riding.
"Some of the harder stuff to get through was when we were buried in the desert up to our necks. Yeah, you'll see. We were buried up to our necks for probably a day and a half," he added.
