Army jawan killed, two injured due to lightning in Samba

An Army jawan was killed and two of his colleagues were injured when they were struck by lightning in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir last night.
The soldiers were on duty near the Ditch-Cum-Bund (DCB) on Abtal road in the Ramgarh sector when the lightning struck them, a police officer said today.
Sepoy Jai Paul of Himachal Pradesh died on the spot while the injured have been identified as Naik Raj Kumar of Kathua district and Naik Anil Kumar of Pathankot.
