Army porter injured in mine blast in Poonch

An Army porter was injured in a mine blast along the Line of Control (LoC) near Sagragali area in Poonch district, officials said today.
Mohmmad Bashir, an Army porter, was returning from a forward post along LoC, when he stepped on a drifted mine in Mendhar sector of Poonch district last night, triggering a blast, a Defence spokesperson said.
He said the injured porter was shifted to Military hospital for treatment.
