Army to conduct recruitment rally

Indian Army will hold a week-long recruitment rally at Barrackpore from June 16, officials said today.
The recruitment is for candidates from the four districts of North 24 Parganas, Hooghly, Bankura and Purulia of West Bengal for entry as soldier tradesman, general duty, technical including clerical and storekeeper trades.
The rally was earlier planned in March but was cancelled due to the general election, sources said.
