arrested on charges of burning husband to death

: Unable to bear the harassment of her alcoholic husband, a woman reportedly burnt him alive and was arrested here today, police said.
The man,a construction worker,used to come home inebirated daily and pick up a fight with his 28-year-old wife, police said
On Nov 5, he doused himself with kersone, threatened to set himself ablaze and then went off to sleep.
However, after some time he was found in flames and neighbours got him admitted him to the Government Hospital, where he succumbed last evening, they said.
While being taken there, he reportedly told them that his wife had set him on fire, based on which she was arrested, police said.

The woman reportedly confessed to the crime and said she had committed the act as she was unable to bear his harassement.
She has been remanded to custody and lodged in the Central jail here.
The couple have three children.
