The plan size was finalised at a meeting held between Planning Commission Deputy Chairman Montek Singh Ahluwalia and Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Nabam Tuki in New Delhi yesterday, official sources said here today.
The approved plan size is almost 17.44 per cent increase over the last year's revised outlay of Rs 3,010 crore.
The increase was made possible as the state has shown an average annual growth rate of 9.4 per cent over the 11th five Year Plan period as compared to the national average growth rate of 7.9 per cent, sources said.
