The scrip gained 3.66 per cent to settle at Rs 304.10 on BSE. During the day, it surged 4.65 per cent to Rs 307.
On NSE, shares of the company went up by 3.68 per cent to end at Rs 304.15.
On the volume front, 7.99 lakh shares of the company were traded on BSE and over 57 lakh shares of the company changed hands at NSE during the day.
Arvind Ltd today posted 27 per cent rise in consolidated profit after tax at Rs 74 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2016-17 fiscal.
The revenue grew by 18 per cent at Rs 2,104 crore for the quarter under review as against Rs 1,787 crore in the year-ago period.
