Assam Govt holiday on Feb 5 for inauguration of SA Games

Assam government has declared a holiday February 5 to enable all to participate in the inauguration ceremony of the South Asian Games beginning here and in Megahalaya's capital Shillong.
All state government offices, educational institutions within Kamrup (Metro) district will remain closed tomorrow, an official release said.
However, the second Saturday of this month - February 13, has been declared a working day for all state government offices and establishments, the release said.
