The bypoll is necessitated due to the death of sitting TDP member Ambati Brahmanaiah.
Brahmanaiah's son Sri Hari Prasad is the only candidate in the fray from any major political party.
Though all other parties decided not to field their candidates to enable Prasad to be elected unanimously, two Independents are contesting the elections.
The polling will be held from 8 AM to 5 PM tomorrow and the votes will be counted on August 24, the state Chief Electoral Officer Bhanwar Lal said in a release.
The Legislative Assembly elections in AP are scheduled to be held next year along with general elections.
