BackOffice Associates opens delivery centre in Bangalore

Information governance and data migration solutions provider BackOffice Associates today officially announced opening of its sales, marketing and delivery office in the city.
BackOffice Associates has a strategic presence around the world including offices in Singapore, Australia, Canada, Mexico, the US, the UK and the UAE, company officials said.
The company has two offices in India at Hyderabad, providing customers regionally and worldwide services, they added.
BackOffice provides solutions and services focusing on data quality and data governance to enterprises across industries, with the objective of ensuring that organisations have business ready data in real time, BackOffice Associates CEO (APJ and Middle East) Krish Datta said.

"Our Bangalore centre is our cornerstone to strengthening our offshore and near shore enterprise data management capabilities," he told reporters here.
"With the rising need of data quality, governance and criticality of data we want to leverage the skills that Bangalore and India at large has to offer."
Officials said the company will continue to invest towards its Bangalore Global Delivery Centre (GDC) to build a wide range of enterprise around Enterprise Data Management services such as BackOffice Data Stewardship Platform (DSP), SAP Data Services (SAP DS), SAP Information Steward (SAP IS) and SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) areas to support its regional and global customers.

They said with over 700 employees worldwide and approaching 200 employees in the Asia Pacific region, the company has been rapidly expanding in India, with a number of its global customers being supported from the new facility set-up in Bangalore.
