"During Singur, Nandigram many of us came together for a cause. We were honest. But now that cause doesn't exist so we are no longer together," Bandopadhaya, a Rajya Sabha MP said.
When asked who should remove those bad people from the party, Bandopadhaya said, "Who will remove the bad people? The person who will remove those people will become king, he will become dictator. Neither you nor I can remove this people. The people will remove them from their posts."
"A person is only proven guilty after he is pronounced guilty in the court of law. There are three tiers of court- lower court where you are proved guilty, then higher court where you can make an appeal and then Supreme court. If you are proved guilty in all these three courts then obviously you are guilty," Bandopadhaya said.
