Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance launches Pension Guarantee plan

Private insurer Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance today launched a non-linked immediate annuity plan, Pension Guarantee, which gives the option to extend annuity (pension) also to the spouse.
"Considering the increasing life expectancy, the Pension Guarantee plan offers options that extend benefit of annuity not only for one's lifetime but also to their spouse. The option of annuity with return of purchase price can be effectively used for passing inheritance to one's legal heir," Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Head, Product Development, Rituraj Bhattacharya said in a release issued here.
The minimum entry age for the policy is 37 years, maximum eligible age is 80 years and the minimum purchase price is Rs 25,000.

Arrow Coated's FY 14 net up 6-fold at Rs 16 cr * Arrow Coated Products Ltd today said it has registered six-fold jump in consolidated net profit at Rs 15.82 crore for FY14 as compared to Rs 2.57 crore in 2012-13.
The company had registered a net profit of Rs 43.76 lakh in Q4 FY 14 as compared to Rs 41.14 lakh in the same period last year, a company statement said.
The sharp jump in profit was primarily contributed by increase in IPR (Patents and other intellectual property rights) based revenues, the release said.

Accel Frontline Q4 net profit at Rs 1.75 crore * IT services company Accel Frontline has registered consolidated net profits at Rs 1.75 crore for the fourth quarter ending March 31, 2014.
The Chennai-based company had registered consolidated net loss at Rs 1.74 crore during the corresponding period of previous year, Accel Frontline said in a statement.
For the financial year ending March 31, 2014 consolidated net profits of the company grew to Rs 4.49 crore from Rs 1.19 crore registered during the same period of the previous year.
