"We have seen a trailer of the film and it appears that the filmmaker has presented distorted facts about Rani Padmavati which is an insult to the Rajput community therefore we have decided to hold a protest in the state on November 10," Inderjeet Singh, Dal's coordinator told reporters today.
He said that the Bajrang Dal volunteers will hold demonstrations and protests in all the districts of the state and hand over representations addressed to the chief minister to the district collector demanding a ban on the movie.
We want an FIR to be registered against Bhansali who is trying to defame our revered personalities, create controversies and trying to get worst publicity, president of the Shri Rajput Sabha, Giriraj Lotwara said.
