Held annually to mark India's victory over Pakistan in the 1971 liberation war on December 16, the celebration will begin tomorrow with a military band concert at Princep Ghat, an Army officials said.
On December 14 and 15, a horse show, para jump and band display will be held at RCTC grounds while on December 16 the wreath laying ceremony will be at the historic Vijay Smarak memorial in Fort William.
"Massive security arrangement has been made," said Major General R Nagraj, MGGS of Eastern Command.
"Mukti Jodhaas" who had participated in the 1971 war have been coming for the annual reunion for the last 10 years.
