Bank of India allots shares worth Rs 264 crore to LIC
Bank of India shares traded 0.57 per cent up at Rs 114.80 apiece during noon on BSE
Press Trust of India New Delhi State-run Bank of India has allotted 2 crore shares to Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) valued at Rs 264.12 crore.
"The bank has allotted 2 crore equity shares to LIC on preferential basis at the price of Rs 132.06 per share," it said in a regulatory filing today.
The allotment of shares was done yesterday, it added.
Bank of India shares traded 0.57 per cent up at Rs 114.80 apiece during noon on BSE.
