Barley edges higher on scattered demand

In restricted activity, barley went up by Rs 10 per quintal at the wholesale grains market today on mild demand from consuming industries.
However, other grains remained flat in thin trade.
Traders said scattered demand from consuming industries mainly attributed the rise in barley prices.
In the National capital, barley edged up by Rs 10 to Rs 1,480-1,490 per quintal.
