Jodhpur, Bikaner, Ajmer and Sriganganagar recorded maximum of 42.4, 41.8, 41 and 40.7 degrees Celsius respectively while the day temperature at other stations was below 40 degrees, according to met department here.
Meanwhile, light rains occurred at isolated areas in the state in the past 24 hours.
The weather would remain dry over the next 24 hours, a forecast said.
