Base metals rebound on renewed demand

Base metals prices, including nickel, tin, zinc, select brass and copper recovered at the non-ferrous market here today due to stockists buying amid fresh demand from industrial users.
Nickel climbed by Rs 15 per kg to Rs 710 from Tuesday's closing level of Rs 695.
Tin rose by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 1,315 from Rs 1,310.
Copper utensils scrap moved up by Rs 3 per kg to Rs 345 as against Rs 342 yesterday.
Zinc gained by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 166 from Rs 164.
Copper cable scrap, Copper scrap heavy, Copper wire bar and brass utensils scrap edged-up by a Re per kg each to Rs 377, Rs 372, Rs 405 and Rs 272, respectively.
