"A global multi-year deal has been signed between the two companies. Under the partnership, Baseline will promote Toonz Media Group's characters in South Asia region," the company said in a statement.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
Toonz Media has several cartoon characters of which some are self-created and others acquired from the likes of Walt Disney, Turner, Nickelodeon, Sony, Universal, BBC, Paramount, Marvel and Hallmark.
