Bejoy Nambiar's next is a remake of Mani Ratnam's movie

Director Bejoy Nambiar is working on the remake of Mani Ratnam's hit film "Agni Nachathira".
Bejoy, who tasted success with his last film "Wazir", is busy re-writing the Tamil version of the 1988 film for the Hindi audience.
"One of the scripts I am working on is a contemporary reboot of that film ("Agni Nachathiram")," Bejoy told PTI.
The cast for this film will be decided once Bejoy finishes the script.
"We will announce all that in some time," Bejoy said, when asked if he would go for A-listers or newcomers for the movie.
His last release "Wazir" had megastar Amitabh Bachchan and Farhan Akhtar in lead roles.

The Tamil action-drama film tells the story of two brothers, one of whom is legitimate, and how their relationship transforms with time.
The film had Prabhu and Karthik in main roles.
Bejoy worked as an assistant director for Ratnam before he went on to make films in Hindi.
