According to a press release from Bengal Association, the Bengali book fair which is touted as the third largest such fair outside West Bengal -- will have more than 60 stalls, not only from West Bengal, Tripura and Delhi, but also from Bangladesh.
The seven-day fair, to be held at Kali Bari in Mandir Marg from March 12-18, will host some of the famous publishers from Bengal and will be inaugurated by eminent linguist Pabitra Sarkar, the release said.
The Bengal Association is celebrating its diamond jubilee.
The fair will have two bookstalls from Bangladesh and three from Tripura, he said.
Moreover, there will there will be various literary discussions, including one with acclaimed sports journalist Gautam Bhattarcharya, he added.
