A Block Education Officer (BEO) was today arrested by vigilance sleuths for allegedly taking a bribe from a man seeking attestation on a certificate of his wife in Bihar's Bhojpur district, an official said.
Acting on a complaint, a vigilance team arrested Mahesh Jha while he was accepting Rs 20,000 as graft from complainant Om Prakash, Director General of Police (DGP), Vigilance, P K Thakur said.
