The event, to be held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California, will witness performances by Pharrell Williams, who along with Smith and Beyonce leads the Grammys with six nominations, country singer Miranda Lambert and pop diva Lady Gaga.
Pery, 30, will perform to her emotional ballad 'By The Grace of God', while Beyonce, 33, will sing the gospel song 'Take My Hand Precious Lord' before transitioning into John Legend and rapper Common's Oscar-nominated track 'Glory' ('Selma').
Returning to the Grammys stage after her moving performance with Macklemore, Ryan Lewis, and Mary Lambert last year, pop queen Madonna is likely to sing tracks from her upcoming album, 'Rebel Heart'.
Back after a six-year hiatus, rapper West will debut a 'never-before-seen solo performance', according to Time Magazine, as well as appearing alongside Paul McCartney and Rihanna for her new single 'FourFiveSeconds'.
Gaga and musician Tony Bennett will perform a track from their 'Cheek to Cheek' album, which is nominated for best traditional pop vocal album.
Other performers include band AC/DC, Ariana Grande, Eric Church and Sia. There will be duets by Annie Lennox and Hozier, Adam Levine and Gwen Stefani, Tom Jones and Jessie J Beck and Chris Martin, and Brandy Clark and Dwight Yoakam.
