Bhullar ready to revive winning feeling at Indonesia Open

He claims to have gotten rid of the overconfidence that hurt his prospects last week and rising Indian golfer Gaganjeet Bhullar says he is ready to revive that winning feeling when he tees off with some of Asia's best at the USD 750,000 Indonesia Open from Thursday.
A four-time winner on the region's premier Tour, Bhullar says he knows that he has the game that can bring him towards another grandstand finish.
The 25-year-old enjoyed his career breakthrough on the Asian Tour in Indonesia in 2009 and is clearly excited about his return to the country that has brought him his maiden success.

"The game is there, I won't be surprised if I go out to win a tournament very soon," said Bhullar, who is sixth on the Asian Tour Order of Merit.
The Indian is, however, cautious about being overconfident as he feels it had severely dented his title aspirations with his last-place finish at last week's ISPS HANDA World Cup of Golf in Australia.
"I think it was a lot to do with the overconfidence from last week's top-10. I sat down with my parents over dinner last night and we were thinking what went wrong," said Bhullar of his composure and the result he enjoyed at the Australian Masters which was played a fortnight ago.

"A lot of key factors which I thought would not disturb me got me. It's a good lesson for me. I've to be more patient and not be too result oriented. I just have to keep to the process and routine," he added.
Established in 1974, the Indonesia Open boasts of a roll of honour that includes prominent names such as the late American Payne Stewart, Frank Nobilo of New Zealand, Filipino legend Frankie Minoza, Australia's Craig Parry, Chinese Taipei's Lu Chien-soon, Myanmar's Mya Aye and Thai duo Thongchai Jaidee and Thaworn Wiratchant.
