Bihar youth caught with charas in Kullu
A 22-year-old Bihar resident has been caught with charas while travelling in a volvo bus in Kullu district, police said on Thursday.
Sandeep Kumar was arrested after recovery of 553 gram charas from his possession during checking at Bajaura at around 10.30 pm on Wednesday, Kullu Superintendent of Police Gaurav Singh said.
A case was registered under section 20 of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances (NDPS) act, the SP said.
