The Bikaner district unit of BJP today burnt the effigy of Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad for his comments linking the Uri terror attack casualties with deaths in the aftermath of demonetisation.
"Azad has insulted the Army and the martyrs which reflect the anti-national ideology and thinking of the Congress leaders toward martyrs," district BJP chief Satyprakash Acharya said here.
He said the Congress party should tender an apology for this.
