Bikaner to be developed as 'olive city': Raj Agri Minister

State Agriculture Minister Prabu Lal Saini today said the Rajasthan government will make all-out efforts to develop Bikaner as 'olive city'.
Addressing a review meeting here, Saini said the saplings of olives plants will be planted in rural as well as urban areas of the district.
He directed the officials to prepare a proposal in this regard and forward it to Mayor so that necessary action could be taken, an official release said.
"If possible, the olive plantation will also be done on road dividers," he said.
