Biman asks Mamata to educate ministers on Constitution

"I wonder how a minister can use such a language," Bose said commenting on Minister of state for Agriculture Becharam Manna's statement in Singur that "people will frame laws even if the court verdict went against the government."

The CPI(M) leader alleged that many ministers in the Mamata Banerjee ministry were unaware of the Constitution and its provisions.

"I suggest that the chief minister hold a workshop for her ministers to make them aware of the Constitution," he said.
