Biopic on Mulayam Singh Yadav

The life and struggle of Mulayam Singh Yadav is all set to get a big screen treatment with a biopic coming up on the SP supremo actor and Raghuvir Yadav donning the lead role.
The muhurat of "Netaji - Mulayam Singh Yadav" will be done by Mulayam's brother and senior cabinet minister Shivpal Yadav tomorrow.
Scriptwriter Ashok Yadav, who enjoys the status of minister of state, said the film will be directed by Vivek Dixit.
The film will be produced by Dixit along with Sandeep Shukla and Sarvjeet Singh.
"Famous character artist Raghuvir Yadav will portray the role of Mulayam and its muhurat will be performed by PWD minister Shivpal Singh Yadav tomorrow," chairman of Remote Sensing Application Centre Ashok said, adding permission for making the biopic has already been taken and it will be shot in Lucknow.

He said as the SP supremo's native village Saifai has changed over the period of time, therefore the movie would be shot in some other place, which resembles the surroundings of his childhood.
Ashok said it would depict Mulayam's childhood, his life and political struggles.
