The woman, a resident of Jhunjhunu district, told media outside the House that she was gangraped by two persons, including an elected member of Panchayati Raj institution from BJP, on January 8 in Jakhod village while she was working in a field.
"I will commit suicide in front of the Vidhan Sabha if my case is not heard and justice is delayed," she said.
During Zero Hour, Congress leader Shravan Kumar and party chief whip Govind Singh Dotasar raised the issue but were interrupted by Speaker Kailash Meghwal.
"It is my responsibility to probe any such incident and punish the guilty", Kataria said amid war of words between members of the ruling and Opposition parties.
The proceedings were not allowed to be recorded by the Speaker.
Parliamentary Minister Rajendra Singh Rathore told the house that the victim could go and meet the Home Minister at his residence during public meetings every day.
